Matthew Hogarth has over 18 years legal experience specializing in the areas of banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, taxation, trusts, real estate and business advisory. Throughout his career, Mr. Hogarth has handled many Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), high-value private equity and debt transactions in addition to corporate bank loan transactions. Mr. Hogarth also has considerable experience with both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including real estate investment vehicles and structures. Mr. Hogarth has a reputation for being solution-oriented, detailed and thorough as well for his proficiency at creating practical corporate structures that marry business and the law.
Professor Ahmed Al Gebali has significant experience as CFO and Advisory roles. Ahmed has worked in key roles on several projects concerning establishing and restructuring banks, company and business evaluations, investment appraisals, enterprise-wide or process/department diagnostic reviews, Islamic structure Finance, Sukuk Issuance, due diligence, IPO’s, business review and organization restructuring.
